There’s an unwritten rule I’ve noticed: A movie cannot have bigger body count than its sequel. The first time I noticed it was when I saw the Rambo quadrilogy last year (first Rambo – only one kill, and 58 in the sequel), and I made a series of alternative posters based on this idea. Kill Bill movies also have a great difference in body count, but exactly opposite… I’ve never noticed it before. Both seemed very violent, as I recall…
I saw Pulp Fiction today, for the 100th time or so. Never gets old. I’ve watched this flick lots of times till I figure out the correct order of the scenes. So if you still not sure if the coffee shop scene took place before or after the Marvin scene, or if Vincent took Mia Wallace out before or after Butch accepted the money from Marsellus Wallace, watch this and figure it all out. Pulp Fiction in 5 minutes.
Ok, It’s probably not my *first* caricature, but it’s one of the firsts. I signed the date, ’95. I was in the 7th grade.
It’s a caricature of Ralph Klein, the legendary basketball coach of Maccabi Tel Aviv (among other clubs) and the Israeli national team (and the West German national team as well). The year this caricature was made was his last year as a coach. He died of cancer on August 7, 2008.
As I was cleaning my CPU earlier today, I’ve bumped into this video. It was shot between sessions while making Hamelin, the stop-motion video, 9 months ago.
So… Here’s me, Aya, Nir and Gilad having some laughs in an Evil Kanievel style.
It’s been three months since I got myself an iPhone, and it was just a matter of time till I make my own wallpaper. Here’s 10 wallpapers I created from stuff I made before (screenshots from videos, illustration, designs…).
Enjoy!
A week before the Oscar winners ennounced I started this self initiated project. The goal is to create an alternative poster to all ten nominees for 2010 best picture award.
Project limitation:
1. Minimalist color scheme
2. Arial and Georgia fonts only
3. Not working on a poster more than 15 minutes…
